Now that marriage equality has come to Michigan, its time to focus on ending discrimination against the LGBT Community. Currently there are no federal or state laws stopping an employer from firing you because of who you are or who you love. The UMD Non-Discrimination Forum will feature speakers from the ACLU and the Human Rights Campaign to discuss this situation, answer questions, and talk about what we can do to change it. The forum will be broken into two meetings. Tuesday, March 25 from 6:30-8:00pm in Fairlane South Dining Room D. Wednesday, March 26 from 1-2:30pm in Kochoff Room C. http://www.facebook.com/events/669061839820135/
