In response to the police shooting of Aura Rosser in Ann Arbor, the Human Rights Commission has contracted with Hillard Heinze, a Chicago-based independent agency, to review police community relations in the city. This Assessment of the Ann Arbor Police Department is tasked with developing a mechanism for the community to have voice and transparency into the actions of AAPD in the Ann Arbor community. Please consider offering feedback on your interaction with Ann Arbor Police and suggestions for citizen oversight via email, survey or by attending a community listening session at Bryant Community Center on June 13th. 1.
