2. Thursday, 6/26, 6-9 PM @ Northwest Activities Center, 18000 ) On June 26th Governor Snyder’s chosen developers, Magic Plus, LLC, will be presenting a revised plan for the State Fairgrounds at a public meeting to be held at the Northwest Activities Center. This comes a year and a half since the first plan was viewed by the public in Nov. 2012. As a result of the public feedback, communicated to Magic Plus LLC partner Joel Ferguson and REDICO by the Fairgrounds Advisory Committee (FAC), the developers agreed to revamp their original plan to incorporate the community’s ideas. The developers say they are now on board with “TOD.” Is that what they will show us on the 26th? Come to the meeting and give your input-- it may be your last chance... Please feel free to use the flyer and spread the word. Thank you, Karen Hammer, Greenacres-Woodward Civic Association State Fairgrounds Development Coalition
