Michigan has no shortage of water woes: shut-offs in Detroit, the lead crisis in Flint, water takings by Nestle, environmental threats to the Great Lakes, and proposed cuts to federal funding for the lakes. Hear panelists talk about these issues and how you can advocate for clean, accessible water. Afterward, join us at the March for Science at 1:00, starting at Hart Plaza.

Panelists: Maureen Taylor, Michigan Welfare Rights Organization; Dortheá Thomas, Detroit & Great Lakes Organizer with Sierra Club Michigan Chapter; others TBA.
